I saw Ian after seeing many other therapist as I was struggling to walk following foot surgery. Ian has a great wealth of knowledge and I now feel confident that with perseverance my walking with improve
This is the place to be if you require therapy, Ian is amazing in what he does and the advice he gives. Excellent all round
Quick appointment you can do online and choose your slot. The therapist was knowledgeable and I feel much better after the first session for lower back pain
Ian was brilliant, his knowledge of the body, movement mechanics and mindset is brilliant. He really ironed out some problems. I’d thoroughly Recomended him to anyone. Don’t let those niggles grow! Get them sorted -he’s your man!
Ian was great, loosened me up nicely and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
Went to see Ian having been to see various other therapists. Suffering from a disc herniation leading to hip problems and general mobility issues. Not having much luck with any previous treatment Ian quickly identified that I needed to get back to basics and learn how to move again. He explained what I was doing wrong clearly and then gave me some simple mechanics lessons. A few exercises combined with deep tissue massage has improved my situation within only 2 weeks. It’s early days but I’m confident that I’m on the mend and would highly recommend seeing him. He provides clear advice which makes sense and doesn’t just pile you up with a long list of exercises. It’s clear he takes time to evaluate your individual situation and tailors his treatment to suit.
My consultation was very thorough, Ian explained everything well and has given me some work to do before my follow up appointment.
Ian is an excellent sports injury specialist with deep technical knowledge. His advice is always relevant and pragmatic. Highly recommended.
Great support when I had a knee injury - good diagnosis and exercises as well as targeted intervention. Worked for the left - sdie pain but needed more for the righat-side. Referral from Ian to orthopedics via GP produced an X-ray and now steroid injection for osteoarthritis. Let's see how that goes to get me back on the tennis court long-term.
