Samantha has a level 5 professional diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage, graduating in 2018 and is a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. As a sports massage specialist, she works with patients from a wide variety of sport and exercise backgrounds – as well as patients who aren’t involved in sport and exercise – using advanced soft tissue methods such as Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique and Neuro Muscular Technique to help to alleviate pain, improve the body’s function and maintain the body to help prevent against further injury occurring during sport, exercise, or general daily activities.

Her passion in the field of sports and remedial massage developed from her own experience of sustaining injuries whilst working and participating in Equestrian Sport.

As well as being a sports massage specialist, Samantha also has additional qualifications in Taping and Strapping, Kinesiology Taping and Myofascial Cupping, allowing her to provide thorough and effective treatments that are individually tailored to each patient.

Since graduating, Samantha has worked in private clinics and at events including the Elite and VIP areas at both the Vitality Big Half and Royal Parks half marathons, The London Marathon, Prudential ride London for charitable causes, the MOVE IT dance Exhibition, Cross fit Events and several Boxing tournaments.

In her own time, she keeps active in the gym, boxing and weight lifting as well as enjoying country walks with her springer spaniel Hazel.
