Ian Wrightson | Sports Therapist
Ian graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. He has been a fully accredited member of the Society of Sports Therapists ever since. Ian is a sports injury specialist having previously worked in the Physiotherapy department at London Scottish Rugby Club, providing assessment and treatment to professional and amateur players with a wide range of injuries, as well as producing and co-ordinating structured rehabilitation programmes in his role as the club’s Rehabilitation Supervisor. He has also provided Sports Therapy and sports massage to riders of the Felt-Colbornes-Hargroves RT, at the time one of the top ranked road cycling teams in the country. Ian has previously worked at the Optimum Fitness sports injury clinic at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford, where he worked with patients from all walks of life, including many high performance, elite, and professional athletes, including both summer and winter Olympians.
Ian is a keen sportsman, having played county and divisional rugby union, as well as competing in cricket, tennis, hockey and athletics, he has now turned his passion for competition to racing his road bike. Ian is never far from sport, and time off is often spent skiing or cycling, fuelling his passion for adventure.

Samantha Morris | Sports Massage Therapist
Samantha has a level 5 professional diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage, graduating in 2018 and is a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. As a sports massage specialist, she works with patients from a wide variety of sport and exercise backgrounds - as well as patients who aren’t involved in sport and exercise - using advanced soft tissue massage methods such as Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Technique and Neuro Muscular Technique to help to alleviate pain, improve the body’s function and maintain the body to help prevent against further injury occurring during sport, exercise, or general daily activities.
As well as being a sports massage specialist, Samantha also has additional qualifications in Taping and Strapping, Kinesiology Taping and Myofascial Cupping, allowing her to provide thorough and effective treatments that are individually tailored to each patient.
