Elizabeth Farrant | Sports Massage Therapist

Elizabeth gained her qualification in Sports Massage in 2018 and has been a practising member of the Sports Therapy Association. Prior to this, she graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science Performance in 2017 and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning in 2018 both from the University of Chichester.

Elizabeth has a particular interest in football and has previously worked with the University of Chichester Women’s Football Club high-performance academy, Chichester City Football Club, and England Universities Woman’s Football. Elizabeth also has a keen interest in a range of other sports including rugby, tennis and triathlon.

With previous experience in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning, she has an interest in training load management and recovery strategies with the aim to keep athletes injury free and performing at their best!

Elizabeth will be available Monday 07:00-12:00 and Tuesday 17:00-20:00
